The event to name the honorary ambassador and present the logo song for “International Exposition Yeosu Korea 2012” was held on May 9 in the afternoon at Hyundai Office Building in Gye-dong, Seoul. IU appearing in a formal dress was beautiful enough to catch other guests’ eyes.
Her white dress well balanced with a black-and-white jacket helped her look like a beautiful and professional woman, not a cute lively girl.
People who had seen the photos have said: “I found another attraction of her”, “She transformed herself into a woman from a girl, but she’s still a cute girl” and “She looks adorable in a formal dress as well.”
IU was named as an honorary ambassador for “International Exposition Yeosu Korea 2012.” She’s expected to keep the following promotional activities such as singing its logo song until next summer.

TVXQ's Yunho, 2AM's Jokwon, and IU have all been spotted wearing the same brand of t-shirt. The t-shirts, by HUM, all feature the brand's Moving Face logo.
Yunho and Jokwon have worn the same white t-shirt with red logo at different events. Yunho wore his on SBS Power FM's "2 O'clock Escape Cultwo Show" with a light blue and cream jacket. Jokwon wore his in the MBC comedy "All My Love" with a coordinated striped cardigan.

IU, as well as Lena Park, will be guest performing for Sung Si Kyung's concert.
The concert which will take place on May 28th and 29th is in commemoration of Sung Si Kyung's 7th album release and he has invited IU and Lena Park as guests. Furthermore, during this concert, Yoon Sang will be joining him on stage as a guest too (Note: Yoon Sang has composed many of IU's songs including the recent EXPO 2012 theme song 'Memories of the Sea').
Together with his high profile guests, Sung Si Kyung will be holding this concert at the Seoul Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium.

IU to perform for Teachers' day!
Just because I love this pic =)
The Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education revealed today that they will be holding an exciting event to celebrate Teacher's Day which falls on the coming 15th this month.
On May 13th, this Teacher's Day event, 'Teacher! Teacher! Our teacher!' will be held at the Seoul Education Training Institute. During the event, there will be an awards ceremony, teachers and students will share interesting experiences, play traditional games together and popular singer IU is also scheduled to perform.
In order to boost the morale of teachers, in the month of May, there will be all kinds of performances as well as book sale discounts for teachers during this period.
