“Diva Girl” IU decided to appear on KBS 2TV new entertainment program “Immortal Music Classics 2”.
According to director Gwon Jae Young of “Immortal Music Classics”, not only IU but Chang Min from 2AM, Yo Seob from BEAST, Hyo Rin from SISTAR, Ye Sung from Super Junior and Min from Miss A.
As MBC “Our Sunday Night-I am a Singer” wanted to cast IU, it attracted attentions that IU decided to appear on “Immortal Music Classics”
Officials of IU’s management agency stated on Star News on third, “It is meaningful that IU will sing the songs of great old singers. IU was attracted deeply by this program as a tribute to great old singers.”
Unlike “I am a Singer”, renewed “Immortal Music Classics 2” does not adopt survival system. Therefore, IU decided to appear on “Immortal Music Classics 2” as she can sing the old song with the other idol singers.
“Immortal Music Classics 2” will be on air at the beginning of June. Singers on this program will sing Sim Soo Bong’s “That Person of That Time” “Million Roses” “I Don’t Know Anything But Love” and etc with reinterpretation.
